RE/WEBBING REPAIR

Restraints sent to us for Re-webbing go through various stages of inspection prior to the new webbing being installed. First the restraints must be identified as being a TSO compliant assembly with the original P/N identified. The old webbing is then removed and the hardware cleaned and inspected for defects.

The restraints are then assembled and labeled with their original P/No. & Rated Strength, as well as a Batch No. & Date of repair. They are then forwarded to our Quality Control Section where they under go the final inspections before being issued with a Certificate of Conformance.
